About Me
I am a NH native, well maybe not in the true sense of the expression since I was born in Germany, but aside from the first six months, I grew up in NH. I went to Dover High School and graduated from UNH in 1994 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Social Work.
In early 1995 I uprooted my cat and moved to Florida where I met my husband Mike, acquired two dogs (the cat was mortified), practiced social work for two years working for the State of Florida, bought four acres of land in Pembroke, NH, had our son Logan, and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of South Florida.
In early 2000, much smarter and wiser, I uprooted my husband, son, two dogs and the cat and we all moved back to NH. We now live in Pembroke, NH, with the exception of the cat, who is happily living away from the two dogs in my parent's barn in Northwood, NH.
Since moving back, we have built a house on our land, Mike
has jumped out and then back into the restaurant business,
and I have developed a career that enables me to use my social
work skills by helping people and my technical and business
skills by building solutions that make their businesses better
all the while putting my family first. We have said good-bye
to one of the two dogs and now have two new cats and a black
lab to go along with the old yellow lab, two red eared slider
turtles- who are learning to evade the cat that lounges on
the dock in their tank and one happy blue Beta fish- well
he's happy when the cat isn't
hugging
his
bowl.
